What we collect

When you fill a form we collect what you enter: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email, city, GSTIN or Udyam number, and the files and links you share. Student applicants share their name, contact details, college, course and links to their work.

How we use it

Only to scope, deliver and support your project, to match students to projects, and to contact you about them. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form answers are stored with Tally (tally.so), our form provider. Project files stay in your own Google Drive and business accounts wherever possible. Students delete local copies at hand-over.

AI tools

Students use AI tools to draft content from the product and business information you provide. We do not put bank details, passwords or customer personal data into AI tools.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to pratik.phodu@gmail.com. We act on requests within 30 days, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 expects.
