Terms of service

For businesses

Scope. Each project follows the published brief for that service. Anything outside it is quoted separately before work starts.

Payment. You pay the listed price by UPI after we confirm scope. We hold it until you sign off on the work. If you do not respond within 7 days of delivery, the work is treated as accepted.

Changes and refunds. One round of changes is included. If the work still does not meet the brief, we refund the amount paid.

Access. You give us sub-user or team access to the accounts the project needs and can remove it at any time. You remain responsible for what is published in your accounts and for the accuracy of the information you give us, including prices, GST details and product claims.

Ownership. Once paid, you own the work delivered. Students may show it in a portfolio only with your permission, and never with your private data.

Liability. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for marketplace, platform or tax decisions made by third parties.

For students

Students are independent contributors, not employees. Pay for each project is stated before you accept it and is released after the business signs off. You must keep business data confidential, work only inside the business's accounts, and delete local copies at hand-over.
