Refund and cancellation policy

Before work starts

Cancel any time before a student starts work and we refund 100% of what you paid.

After delivery

Every project includes one round of changes. If the work still does not meet the published brief after that round, we refund 100% of the project price.

Monthly Social Pack

Cancel before the next month's content is planned and you are not charged for that month. A month already scheduled is not refundable unless it fails the brief as above.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
